Off-season pricing applies to the facility fee, tables, and core event package. Both Barn venues are air-conditioned and heated, so the season runs all twelve months.

Beyond the core package, we arrange catering, tents, an outdoor dance floor, massage, transport, music, and orchard-to-table cider-making, cider tastings, and cooking classes — to your preference.

Sales tax is not included. Ranges within a guest tier reflect the number of nights, the buildings in use, and the season. Tell me your date and guest count and I will put an exact number in writing.
