Where everything sits
Property layout — 44 acres
Everything a planner asks on the first call: where guests park, how far the walk is, which field takes a tent, and where the light lands at five o'clock. Cocktails at the stone firepit, ceremony in the orchard, dinner and dancing in the Barn, the farmhouse among the trees for the wedding party.
Parking and arrival sit beside the Barn — no shuttles across the property.

A carefully curated list of highly skilled vendors, many from the Hudson Valley — caterers, bartenders, florists, live music and DJs, photographers, and rentals. Ask and I will send it, or bring your own. Catering kitchens, high-speed internet, and audio-visual resources are on site, and Delhi has a great Farmer's Market, shops, restaurants, and plenty of nearby lodging for your guests.
